Vision Applications

This dual camera vision system inspects bottles post-filling, to ensure the nozzle and cap are fitted correctly.

One Cognex In-Sight Vision Sensor is installed at the post-nozzle fitting station, and the second camera shortly after the capping process.  A red LED backlight fitted behind the conveyor to silhouette the bottle, removes any confusing reflections from the front of the bottles.
