TekSis is holding free workshops to describe and demonstrate the Cognex In-Sight product range and how to effectively apply the technology in the workplace.
The workshops are on 18th August, 29th September and 3rd November in Middlesbrough, 9am – 12noon. Booking is required because of limited places.
The emphasis will be on hands-on practical advice, and those attending are requested to take along their own samples so that the TekSis team can evaluate your specific needs, and help you to program the technology to carry out the inspection tasks.
The half-day workshops will explain how to select the right camera with the correct resolution, how to effectively light the object, process images and apply the appropriate technology to solve your quality issues.
Cognex In-Sight vision systems are designed to reliably and repeatedly inspect products on the fastest production lines, identifying faulty, missing or damaged products. The possible applications for using vision systems are endless, and devices are now so affordable they can be used at multiple stages of the manufacturing process.
By using In-Sight at key points, defects can be detected early and equipment problems quickly identified. By eliminating defects, verifying assembly, and tracking information at every stage of production, Cognex vision systems reduce production errors, lower manufacturing costs, improve traceability and achieve higher customer satisfaction.
