Cognex Checker 4G

The Checker® 4G Series of vision sensors offers unmatched performance and flexibility to solve even the most difficult applications. The Checker® 4G Series offers the same powerful and easy to use setup Checker is known for plus Ethernet networking for remote setup and monitoring, PLC communication through EtherNet/IP and PROFINET and the ability to save images of every inspection to an FTP server. Like all Checker vision sensors, the 4G Series integrates lighting, optics, camera, processor and I/O in an industrial IP67 housing - all in a package small enough to fit into the tightest of spaces.

Checker 4G vision sensors offer extremely reliable part detection and inspection unattainable with photoelectric sensors, because they:

• Use Cognex patented part detection technology to eliminate the need for an additional sensor to determine if the part is present.

• Inspect multiple part features simultaneously with a single Checker yielding simple pass/fail results.

Models

Checker 4G1 - High-speed inspection at standard resolution for fast moving lines up to 6,000 parts per minute, with Ethernet support for industrial protocols and high-intensity white LED illumination.

Checker 4G7 - High-resolution inspection (752 x 480) with Ethernet support for industrial protocols and high-intensity white LED illumination for detecting and inspecting small parts and part features at up to 800 parts per minute.
