Cognex Checker 200

Capable of inspecting 6000 parts per minute, the Checker 200 series of vision sensors offers unmatched performance and flexibility to solve even the most difficult applications.  The sensors integrate lighting, optics, camera, processor and I/O in an industrial IP67 housing. Checker is simple to set up and operate.  Even a first time user can have it up and running in minutes – without training.

The Checker 200 series features presence and measurement sensors.  Presence sensors verify that features are present.  Measurement sensors verify that features are the correct height, width and/or diameter.  All sensors are easily added to inspect your part through our simple One-Click Setup™ and output a pass/fail result.

The new Checker 252 model has been added to the TekSis award-winning Checker vision sensor product line. In addition to all the inspection capabilities of the Checker 232, the 252 model adds new sensors to verify height, width and diameter, making pass/fail measurement verification simple and reliable.
