Capable of inspecting 6000 parts per minute, the Checker 200 series of vision sensors offers unmatched performance and flexibility to solve even the most difficult applications.  The sensors integrate lighting, optics, camera, processor and I/O in an industrial IP67 housing. The Checker 200 series features presence and measurement sensors.  Presence sensors verify that features are present.  Measurement sensors verify that features are the correct height, width and/or diameter.  All sensors are easily added to inspect your part through our simple One-Click Setup™ and output a pass/fail result.

The new Checker 252 model has been added to the TekSis award-winning Checker vision sensor product line. In addition to all the inspection capabilities of the Checker 232, the 252 model adds new sensors to verify height, width and diameter, making pass/fail measurement verification simple and reliable.

TekSis offers the latest third generation Checker 3G vision sensors from Cognex. With Checker 3G, you can choose whether the sensor is configured as a presence sensor or measurement sensor. Presence sensors verify that features are present. Measurement sensors check that features are the correct height, width and/or diameter. In either mode it can perform multiple “checks” on each product you manufacture.

All you need to set up a Checker 3G is the SensorView teach pendant. With the unique One-Click Setup feature, jobs can be set up and running in a matter of minutes. A single teach pendant can be used to set up any number of Checker 3G sensors, and can also be left connected for real-time application monitoring. With integrated part detection, lighting, I/O and job change, Checker 3G is the easy and affordable was to verify the products you manufacture.
