TekSis offers a wide range of ring lights from major manufacturers in a variety of sizes.  A ring of light around the camera’s viewing axis is used to provide lighting over the inspection area. These lights can be used in either dark field (low angle) or bright field (high angle) modes.

TekSis offers a range of accessories for the Cognex In-Sight Micro range, the world’s smallest, smartest and easiest all-in-one vision system. The In-Sight Micro is a full vision system the size of a remote-head camera, ideal for mounting in very tight spaces on robots, production lines and machinery.  In addition to its small size, the In-Sight Micro provides flexible mounting capability with a unique non-linear calibration tool that enables mounting at angles of up to 45-degrees for hard-to-reach applications.

TekSis offers a wide range of coaxial lights from major manufacturers in a variety of colours.  The camera views the object through a half-mirrored beam splitter, providing light on the camera’s viewing axis. This can be used to remove shadows that would be caused by other types of lighting, for example looking at a recessed object.

TekSis offers a wide range of back lights from major manufacturers in a variety of specifications.  A sheet of uniform light placed behind the object being inspected means that the object appears in silhouette, removing all features and reflections from the front of the object. This technique is normally used in measurement applications.

TekSis offers a choice of 140 bar lights from a range of major manufacturers, in a variety of specifications.  One or more rows of LED light can be used to illuminate an area with the desired shape of light field in either dark field (low angle) or bright field (high angle) modes.

A wide range of dome lights are available from TekSis in a variety of sizes, suitable for even the most demanding application.  An array of LED lighting illuminates upwards into a reflective bowl through which the camera sees the object. This gives diffuse light over a wide range of angles, removing the extremes of bright reflections and darks shadows on reflective objects such as foil packaging.

TekSis offers a choice of spot lights from major manufacturers, in a variety of colours, which provide flexible lighting to illuminate an area from any angle relative to the camera’s view. Available in focussed models to provide a light with a crisp edge that doesn't influence other areas of interest, they can be used in either dark field (low angle) or bright field (high angle) modes.
